As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape the next generation of NEO:os that powers our warehouse automation platform. You’ll work closely with our CTO (@denisbauer) and a cross-functional engineering team to deliver scalable, reliable services that orchestrate intelligent robot behaviors and manage high-throughput warehouse operations. Your role will be pivotal in connecting business needs with technical execution, driving product strategy for the backbone of our solution.
Deine Aufgaben
Define and drive the roadmap for our NEO:os platform that controls core warehouse functions
Translate business and operational goals into system capabilities across Order Management (OMS), Task Orchestration (TOS), and Robot Control (RCS)
Own the lifecycle of platform features—from discovery to release—ensuring alignment with customer needs and system performance
Partner with engineering to prioritize scalability, reliability, and extensibility in service design
Ensure platform-wide integration of authentication, authorization, and role management to support multi-tenant and secure environments
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and operations to deliver consistent and predictable system behavior
Dein Profil
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or backend systems
Experience in logistics, automation, or IoT domains is a strong advantage
Strong product intuition around distributed systems, real-time operations, and backend service design
Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to solve complex systems problems while balancing business impact and user experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with cloud-based architectures and platform-as-a-service products, ideally within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
Experience in robotics or automation systems
Experience with multi-tenant architectures
Background in warehouse management systems
