Software Engineering

Development of NEO:os - our platform for controlling autonomous warehouse robots. Backend systems, real-time processing, robot orchestration.

Robotics

Integration, commissioning, and optimization of NEO AMR fleets and picking stations with robotic arms at customer warehouses.

Operations & Deployment

Project management, rollout planning, and technical support for productive automation systems at customer sites.

Sales & Business Development

Customer acquisition, feasibility assessments, and guiding prospects from first contact to productive deployment.
