We are a dynamic team with a shared vision: to redefine the future of intralogistics. We value creative ideas, initiative and the will to bring about real change. Become part of this mission and help us shape the logistics of tomorrow!
Your role
As a Robot Deployment Engineer, you will commission our robots on-site at the customer's premises. You will record the warehouse layout, convert it into precise YAML configurations, and upload these to the devices. On site, you will conduct Wi-Fi surveys, drive down every aisle for LiDAR mapping, maintain the map with obstacles/no-go zones, and test the fleet until it is stable and ready for live operation. Approximately 80% travel: You will work directly in the field, coordinate regularly with our project team, and be responsible for the go-live and acceptance of the robot fleet.
Your tasks

Enter obstacles, no-go zones and waypoints in the map and version them.
Perform functional tests, stability tests, and acceptance tests until go-live.
System analysis and troubleshooting: You will work directly on our robots, get to know all system components, and troubleshoot technical issues together with our hardware and service teams.
Project responsibility: Within our small project teams, you will have a high degree of project responsibility and involvement.
Technical analysis and optimization: You will identify bottlenecks through performance evaluations and initiate targeted improvements.
Mobile deployment: You will spend around 80% of your time working directly with customers and the remaining 20% on internal development work.
