As a logistics specialist, you are the link between our innovative technology and its operational use on site. With your commitment, you ensure optimal system performance, help our customers exploit the full potential of our automation technology, and actively drive improvements.
Deine Aufgaben
· System support: Ensure smooth operations by monitoring and operating our installations in Leipzig.
· Problem solving: Perform error analyses and resolve malfunctions quickly and effectively as part of a team.
· Customer support: Help our customers get the most out of our systems.
· Optimization: Contribute your ideas for continuous improvement and assist with testing and commissioning.
· Expansion: Plan and implement system expansions to meet growing requirements.
· Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to optimally combine technology and everyday warehouse operations.
Dein Profil
· High level of motivation and initiative to achieve the best results.
· Ongoing or completed further training as a logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
· Sound practical experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with automation technology.
· Hands-on mentality and technical understanding of innovative technologies.
· Strong communication skills in German and English to work professionally with customers and our development team.
· Moderate willingness to travel within Germany.
